We are collecting summer uniforms, tactical footwear, combat uniforms, backpacks, goggles, and generators for 150 fighters from the “DVRS” unit of the 24th Territorial Defense Force “Left Bank.”
The Territorial Defense Forces receive supplies after combat units, so units often obtain basic items from the public rather than through standard channels. The commander states plainly: “We do not have a single official sponsor and exist thanks to the support of ordinary Ukrainians.” The goal is 5,000,000 ₴.

Two soldiers recorded a message right next to their vehicle, in their uniforms: “Soldiers of Volunteer Unit No. 24 ‘Left Bank’ of the 112th Kyiv Territorial Defense Brigade are appealing to the ‘International Unity Movement’ Charitable Foundation for assistance in purchasing and providing us with equipment and summer uniforms.”
The “DVRS” unit is part of the 24th Territorial Defense Force “Left Bank” of Kyiv, subordinate to military unit A7040, and carries out combat orders from the commander of the 112th Territorial Defense Brigade in central and northern Ukraine. This is a volunteer unit of the local community: people who live and work right here in Kyiv while also serving in the military.
In letter No. 24/3627/26 dated July 23, the commander listed 13 items for 150 fighters: summer uniforms, tactical footwear, first-aid kits, backpacks, goggles, generators, and charging stations. They are specifically requesting summer uniforms, and July is already coming to an end—the sooner we complete the collection, the more time the unit will have to use them this season.
We purchase directly from suppliers, without intermediaries. We transfer each shipment to the unit via a transfer-acceptance report signed by the commander, and we publish this very report on this page.
Since the total amount is large, we conduct purchases in batches: as soon as funds for a specific item are available in the account, we purchase it, transfer it, and finalize the transaction with a certificate. You’ll see each transfer listed separately as soon as it takes place.
The prices in the estimate are based on our actual purchases of the same items over the past few months.
We’ve been operating transparently since November 2022—we document every fundraiser with a formal report and a photo report. Here are a few that have been completed:

The unit’s total needs, as listed, amount to approximately 6.4 million ₴, including 100 generators. This fundraising campaign is the first phase, targeting 5,000,000 ₴.
