Sub-grant and earmarked funding
The foundation works as a sub-grantee or as the implementer of earmarked funding. Project funds are accounted for separately and we report in the format the donor sets.
This page holds what an institutional partner checks first: who we are on paper, how we account for funds and what we can send today.
The foundation can act as a sub-grantee: it is registered in Ukraine, holds non-profit status, keeps its accounts in licensed accounting software and files annual reports. Each project's funds are accounted for separately: its own budget, its own financial report, separate analytics in the accounts.
Part of the package is open on this site, the rest is sent on request within two working days.
How to reach us

The order is this: first what can be downloaded without any correspondence, then what we send after a request.

The Director signs contracts, handover certificates and the foundation's reporting. He also handles correspondence with institutional partners.
The foundation's compliance management system is certified to ISO 37301:2021. Certificate No. SIC.MS.062.ISO37301.3824 was issued on 19.04.2026 and is valid to 18.04.2027; initial certification was completed on 19.04.2024. Validity is conditional on an annual surveillance audit.
The scope of certification, verbatim from the document:
The second certificate is SIC.SDGs:2022 for SDG 17 "Partnerships for the Goals", No. SIC.CB.124.062.SDGs.3870, valid to 05.05.2027. The original is in English only.
The certification body for both documents is S.I.C. Global Inc, Ontario, Canada, accreditation certificate GAS.CB.124.062 of 29.08.2025 from the Global Accreditation System. Whether a particular programme recognises this accreditation is for that programme to decide: we do not present the certificates as universal recognition.
How funds are accounted for
Six formats, and each one already has either live work or a submitted document behind it. Formats the foundation has not worked in are not on the list.
The foundation works as a sub-grantee or as the implementer of earmarked funding. Project funds are accounted for separately and we report in the format the donor sets.
Joint funding and support of individual interventions together with another foundation. This is how we work with the Golden Union charitable foundation.
The foundation's register holds six memoranda. The first is bilateral, with the Ukrainian Refugees UAPT social association, Portugal: cooperation has been running since 22.08.2024. The rest are being prepared as trilateral, with a research institution or a technology company as the third party.
Partners contribute laboratory capacity, engineering time and equipment. In the concept for the GEF Small Grants Programme, the facilities of the Biology Faculty of V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University and NHE Tech Ltd are contributed this way.
The concept for the GEF Small Grants Programme was submitted on 07.08.2026 and covers eight oblasts. Access to European reconstruction programmes is being prepared through the association's expert community.
The hromada itself sets the priority of works, accepts the facilities and signs the handover certificates. The anchor hromada for this area is Tsyrkuny in Kharkiv oblast.
