More than 240 people joined the fundraiser, and Khartiia has already received two refrigerated vans to bring the fallen home. We are still choosing the vehicle for the chaplaincy service and will hand it over as the next part.
Thank-you video from Khartiia as the unit picked up both vehicles
We handed over two refrigerated cargo vans to units of the Khartiia Corps under signed acceptance and transfer acts, worth 750,532.42 ₴ in total. Below are the list, scans of both acts and why there are two vans.
| Item | Qty | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Volkswagen (VW) Caddy refrigerated van, 2014 — for military unit 3052, Act No. 234 | 1 pc | 384,788.02 ₴ |
| Fiat Ducato refrigerated van, 2015 — for military unit 3102, Act No. 236 | 1 pc | 365,744.40 ₴ |
| Total under both acts | 2 pcs | 750,532.42 ₴ |
The budget on the fundraiser page had five items: a refrigerated van, a vehicle for the chaplain, saving lives at the zero line with Taira, equipment for the 101st Brigade of the General Staff and support for the Svarog unit. In August, the Khartiia Corps asked in writing for two refrigerated vans instead of one: the vehicle is needed in several directions at once, and while it is under repair the unit is left without it entirely. That is why all the funds from this fundraiser go to three vehicles for Khartiia, and the other three items of the budget are not financed by it. The corps distributed the vans among its units, where the need is most acute.

The third vehicle from the fundraiser is an off-road passenger car for the brigade’s chaplaincy service. We are still choosing it together with Khartiia. As soon as we hand it over, we will update this report with the act, photos and a description.
An insulated cargo van with a refrigeration unit, built in 2014. It went to military unit 3052, which fights as part of the Khartiia Corps: the unit asked for it to evacuate and transport the fallen and the wounded. We bought it in Poland for €7,550, which is 384,788.02 ₴ at the exchange rate on the day of payment.
A larger insulated cargo van with a refrigeration unit, built in 2015. It went to the 13th Khartiia Operational Brigade (military unit 3102), which was the first to turn to the foundation. Under the act, the vehicle is intended “in particular for transporting the bodies of fallen servicemen”. We bought it in Poland for €7,000, which is 365,744.40 ₴ at the exchange rate on the day of payment.
We opened the fundraiser on the basis of the Khartiia brigade’s letter of May 22, 2026: it asked for a refrigerated van and a vehicle for the chaplain. In a letter of August 25, 2026, the corps asked for two refrigerated vans instead of one and specified which units should receive them. Units 3052 and 3102 sent their own request letters, and the corps approved the handover of the Ducato to the Khartiia brigade in a letter of September 14, 2026.
More than 240 people joined this fundraiser. Two refrigerated vans are already with Khartiia, and we are choosing the vehicle for the chaplain. Thank you to CFO Club Ukraine for the joint fundraiser, and thank you for being with us and trusting us.
Other units are waiting too. Your next donation will also become specific equipment — with an act, photos and a report on the website.
