Goal: targeted fundraising to pay for the production of Vampire unmanned aerial vehicles

Drones mean intelligence, security and saved lives of our defenders. That is why the International Unity Movement is launching a large targeted fundraiser to pay for a batch of Vampire unmanned aerial vehicles, which, after production, will be transferred to the units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces exclusively on the basis of official requests and with the execution of the Act of Acceptance and Transfer of Charitable Assistance.

How much to raise for the Vampire drones

Purpose of the fundraising: to pay the invoice for the production/delivery of a batch of "Vampire" products
Amount of the fundraising: 190 786 000.00 UAH (excluding VAT)
Collection period: until 22.01.2026
Grounds: Invoice for payment No. 691 dated 12/22/2025, agreement with the manufacturer.

What we are raising funds for

The collection is open to pay for a clearly defined batch specified in the invoice:
  • Unmanned aerial vehicle "Vampire" - 200 pcs × 627 890.00 UAH = 125 578 000.00 UAH
  • Unmanned aerial vehicle "Vampire" - 156 pcs × 418 000,00 UAH = 65 208 000,00 UAH
Total: UAH 190,786,000.00
This is the "targeted use" of the fee: each hryvnia is used to pay a specific invoice for a specific number and a specific name of products.

Why a drone subscription and a large fee are necessary

A large batch of equipment is not produced instantly. In order for the manufacturer to launch/accelerate production and form deliveries in batches, financing is required in advance (subscription/stage payments).
That is why we raise funds in advance to:
  • ensure production without interruption
  • speed up the release of batches;
  • transfer the equipment to the front line as soon as it is ready.

How exactly will we deliver the Vampire systems to the military?

We hand over the drones only to the units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces and only according to the correct procedure:
  • Production/delivery of a batch from the manufacturer (upon readiness).
  • An official request from a specific military unit for a certain number of drones.
  • Transfer to a specific HF (directly or through the foundation’s logistics, depending on safety and speed).
  • Documents required: charity acceptance certificate (for a specific military unit); other supporting documents as needed (delivery/logistics).
Important: we do not transfer "to nowhere " and do not "distribute without any reason". Each transfer is made only upon an official request and with an act.

Transparency and reporting of the International Unity Movement Foundation

We report on the use of funds and deliveries in several formats:
  • Stages of the project on the website (updated as it is implemented): 1) fundraising - 2) payment to the manufacturer - 3) production/readiness of batches - 4) receipt of requests from HF - 5) transfers with acts - 6) final report
  • Public reports on the website/social media (within the limits of security).
  • Personal communications to donors (letters) about key project milestones and results.
  • Supporting documents: payments, invoices, transfer certificates (for security reasons, without disclosing sensitive information).

We already have a successful experience of cooperation, system deliveries and positive feedback from our defenders on the front line. That’s why we are scaling up the procurement and launching a large collection to ensure production and speed up delivery.
