She raises funds, keeps procurement reports, answers a million "what about...?" questions, and always remains calm. Her voice is soft, but her words are precise. Her energy is gentle, but her actions are decisive.

A caring daughter and sister, a loving wife, a loyal friend. And also a person who has been volunteering since the age of 17. Not because she has to, but because she can’t do otherwise. Her inner need to help has guided her throughout her life. She is changing the world for the better, and since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, she has been doing it professionally.

Bohdana is the kind of person who will always support and back you up. "She manages everything - and even a little more," says the head of the fundraising department. It is thanks to her that Olga is able to raise her daughter and balance work and motherhood.
