🕊 May 8 is the day when history touches the present.

These days in May 1945 marked the end of the most horrific war Europe and the world had ever known. But today, as the sound of explosions reverberates across our land, we realize the true price of victory.

Our grandfathers and great-grandfathers fought for a world without Nazism. They hoped that their children and grandchildren would never know what air raids and destroyed homes were like. However, history has taken a new turn, and now the grandchildren of World War II veterans are once again defending their homeland from those who once fought Nazism with us.

Today we honor the memory of those who did not return from that war. We remember them not only as names from history books, but as people whose feat we continue. Because for the 11th year in a row, Ukrainian soldiers have been defending the same values - peace, freedom, independence and the right to be on their land.

🙏 Eternal memory to the heroes who laid down their lives for Ukraine and a world without Nazism. Eternal glory to all who are doing this today. With every bright thought and every charitable contribution, we are with you. After all, it is in unity that victory is created, and just like 80 years ago, it will surely come.
